  Wow they were busy this morning. No problem with that...but when I am waiting for 30 min and a friend I was talking with who says they cam in after me walks out with their coffee it seems like a good time to ask about it??? Being told I "hadn't waited very long" is the wrong answer. After watching 2 others ask about their coffee and being offered gift cards did not help. 5 min later asked her to show me the cup with my name on it....could not produce it in the next 20 or so drinks. Finally she realized that maybe, sometimes, the wrong coffee is taken accidentally by others. Done venting but still a bit annoyed that someone does this every day and doesn't get that. Oh well. Thanks Dunkin for the coffee.

  Erica is awesome! My coffee was made wrong twice in a row by another server and when I had asked to get the flavor shot added, she insisted that she remake it instead of just adding a flavor shot. Great service, thank you! ☺
