  TERRIBLE. We live very close and were excited when they opened. Staff is unfriendly, they are always out of bagels or croissants. I got a sandwich 2 weeks ago and it smelt/tasted like there was cleaner in it somehow, when we confronted the MANAGER she acted like a psycho and took a bite out of the sandwich spilling food everywhere acting insane when all we wanted was refund for our entire meal, a small $16 from Dunkin Donuts because we obviously didn't want to eat anything from there at that time. Attempted to contact the store manager on multiple occasions with no follow ups received. We will keep dealing with corporate though.

  Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon while riding my bike down the West Orange Trail. The store is within eye shot of the trail. Came in for a coffee and bagel. Store was empty at the time, very clean. Service was friendly and quick. Everything you would expect from your neighborhood Dunkin.
